A young girl must protect her older sister as they wander across a post apocalyptic desert searching for a new home with only a shotgun and five shells for defense.

This is a micro-budget feature that I shot in the beautiful wilds of New Mexico in 2010.  After our own global financial psuedo-apocalypse it was a tough sell bleeding a stone for cash for an independent film.  I decided, like the heroes of 5 Shells, to go it alone.  Movies were made to be made, so I did it. 

5 Shells was released on VOD and DVD on July 16, 2013 by Brink Vision Entertainment.
